AudioCodes C470HD Teams Phone Review

In this episode of Ditch the Box I show you the brand new native Microsoft certified Teams desk phone from AudioCodes, the C470HD. The phone features a responsive 5.5″ (720×1280) colour capacitive touch screen and has built in WiFi and dual GbE. It has a full duplex speakerphone and a single USB-A port and Bluetooth 5.0 support for connecting to an optional headset. Instead of physical buttons, the phone has touch sensitive soft keys below the screen for answering calls in speakerphone or headset mode, call hold/resume, volume control and a dedicated transfer key.

If you need the keypad, you can get at that easily by taking the device “off-hook”. It runs Android 9.0 and has plenty of horsepower for navigating around and using the standard Microsoft Teams desk phone application. Device management is available using the AudioCodes Device Manager.

The express version is available FREE of charge and supports up to 500 AudioCodes IP phones and 50 Jabra headsets.
