Microsoft Teams offers a built-in test function that allows you to understand how people will hear you on a call or meeting.
You do not need to use this feature every day, but it is recommended to test a call if something in your environment changes, for example, your device, your internet or location.
Go to the Devices tab in the settings menu, click the ellipsis (…) at the top of the Teams client and select Settings.
You’ll notice a button called “Make a Test Call“

Put your headset on and click the button.
The client will place a call to an automated service that will ask you to record a message to play back. If you are happy with what you hear, Teams is configured correctly. If not, try and adjust your device settings.
